Carol is a graduate of the University of Wyoming. She received her Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University. Carol has been practicing since 1989. For 30 years, she was a clinician and administrator in community mental health in Casper. She specialized in the treatment of substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, and severe mental illness. She supervised clinicians and programs providing outpatient and residential services.

In 2015, Carol designed and then supervised a medication-assisted treatment program for the treatment of opioid use disorders for outpatient and residential patients. Since 2014, Carol has written several successful federal and state grant proposals for the expansion of mental health and substance use disorder services in Natrona County. She was selected to help write a white paper on procedures for the treatment of opioid use disorder of incarcerated individuals by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) in January 2018.

She started as an LPN, then completed her Associates and Bachelors degrees in nursing. In 2019, Brenda completed her Masters of Science in Nursing as a PMHNP. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014. Brenda has 3 children, twin boys and a younger brother. They are all teenagers and going off on their own. Dr. Grace Montag completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering at Montana State University in Bozeman. She also completed a post-baccalaureate certificate in Public Health through the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Public Health. Dr. Montag attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Dentistry doctoral program.

Dr. Montag completed a one-year General Practice Residency program through the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Dentistry. During the residency, she worked in various settings including a general dentistry clinic within a hospital and two VA dental clinics. During this time, Dr. Montag received experience in OR dental cases and worked with special needs patients who were unable to be treated in a traditional dental clinic setting. She is very excited to work at CHCCW to increase access to care in the dental field.

Dr. Montag grew up in Cody, Wyoming. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs, Izzy, a springer spaniel, and Piper, a Goldendoodle.

Taylor Brinkerhoff began her dental career in pediatric dentistry in Sheridan, WY as an assistant. It was there she discovered her love of patient care in dentistry. While working, she was able to attain her Associates in Applied Science and apply for the Dental Hygiene Program. Taylor graduated from the Sheridan College Dental Hygiene Program in 2018. After graduation, she returned to pediatric dentistry. Taylor worked in Gillette, WY before accepting a position at CHCCW in 2020.

She has participated in events such as Give Kids a Smile, Kindergarten Day, ADHA conferences, a WYDHA conference, and the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention. She served as Board Member at Large for the WYDHA for 2 years and was instrumental in getting a new website for the association launched. She also served as the Wyoming ADHA alternate delegate for one year.

Taylor has been able to help patients from all ages, financial backgrounds, and medical histories. Her goal is to provide excellent care and education to as many patients as she can. Taylor also strives to create a safe space for all her patients. She wants to eventually become a dental hygiene instructor and pass on her knowledge to the next generation of dental hygienists.

Taylor enjoys dancing, cooking, reading, and watching feel-good TV in her spare time. She spends her days off with her husband, son, and two huge fur babies.

Dr. Radke also has experience working at the Veterans Administration.

Dr. Radke is a member of the Kansas City Southwest Clinical Society. His special clinical interests include: sports medicine, critical care management, in-patient hospital services, dermatology, and weight loss services.

Dr. Radke is originally from Kansas. He has made his home in Wyoming with his wife, Carolea. Together they have two kids – Karlea and Brett, and 3 dogs. Dr. Baum is a native of the Pacific Northwest. Prior to attending college, he served an LDS mission in Arizona. He was a TACP in the United States Air Force with duty stations in Germany and Iraq. He has worked as a primary care physician as well as an urgent care physician. He also served as Medical Director to a Veterans facility in Yuma, Arizona.

Dr. Sarah Gailey Grooms is a board-certified pediatrician with twenty-four years of experience providing outpatient medical care for patients from birth through adolescence. She earned her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and completed a residency in Pediatrics at Prisma Health Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. Dr. Grooms has a special interest in supporting families who wish to provide breast milk for their infants. She has attained training and licensing as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Dr. Grooms grew up in rural North Georgia, then moved to Columbia, South Carolina where she joined a large suburban pediatric practice. She and her husband of thirty-five years raised two children who are now awesome young adults. During family vacations and fly-fishing adventures, she and her husband developed a love for Wyoming. Kally Saydjari joins CHCCW with over 10 years of pediatric nursing experience, the most recent as a primary pediatric care provider at a pediatric clinic. Kally was born in Colorado but raised on a Ranch outside of Wheatland, Wyoming. In 2012, she graduated from the Denver School of Nursing. Kally worked as a pediatric RN at the Cheyenne Regional Medical center for almost eight years on the Pediatric and NICU floor. In 2019, shortly after getting married and giving birth to their first child, Kally received her Doctorate in Nursing from Maryville University.

As a PNP, Kally enjoys getting to know her patients and families on a first name basis and caring for them when they are both well and sick: “Kids are amazingly resilient and helping them recover from illness as well as watching them grow up and into themselves is really an honor.” Her true passion lies in preventative medicine and working with her patients and families to not just recover from an acute sickness but to ultimately achieve an optimal level of wellness, both physically and mentally.

Kally is married to her husband Greg, who works here in Casper as a lineman. She is also a mother of two beautiful girls, Elena and Quinnly. Sandra began her nursing career at 18 years old as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with big plans to be in healthcare. Sandra completed her RN program at the Trinity School for Health Sciences in Illinois. In 2009, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Sandra completed her Masters of Nursing in Family Practice at the University of Central Missouri in 2018.

Sandra has been a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse since 2013. She worked at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City for 10 years. Her experience as an RN includes 16 years working in Level 1 and 2 trauma emergency departments. Sandra worked for two years in adult, pediatric, and neonatal ICU’s. She has also worked in a cardiac cath lab and a gynecology office.

After completing her FNP, Sandra worked as an acute care practitioner in a pediatric office. She then went on to work in a rural family practice office outside of Kansas City while also working in local urgent care offices across both state lines.

Sandra has 5 children and a grandchild. She lives with her husband and son in Casper. She loves to exercise, be outdoors, read and play in her yard and garden. Sandra’s goal will always be to help others, and to help them learn to help themselves. Understanding the ‘why’ in healthcare and our lives is important to her.
