Carol is a graduate of the University of Wyoming. She received her Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University. Carol has been practicing since 1989. For 30 years, she was a clinician and administrator in community mental health in Casper. She specialized in the treatment of substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, and severe mental illness. She supervised clinicians and programs providing outpatient and residential services.

In 2015, Carol designed and then supervised a medication-assisted treatment program for the treatment of opioid use disorders for outpatient and residential patients. Since 2014, Carol has written several successful federal and state grant proposals for the expansion of mental health and substance use disorder services in Natrona County. She was selected to help write a white paper on procedures for the treatment of opioid use disorder of incarcerated individuals by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) in January 2018.

Maliha completed her Bachelor’s of Psychology from the University of Wyoming Outreach Program at Western Wyoming Community College. In 2014, she obtained her Certified Addictions Practitioner. She then went on to obtain her Master’s in Community Mental Health from the University of Wyoming at Casper in 2022.

Maliha enjoys working with a variety of populations and identities and is excited to offer play therapy in her practice. She is in the process of receiving EMDR training and Synergetic Play Therapy training.

Ashley has been with Community Health Center since August 2017. Ashley is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and Colorado State University where she received degrees in Social Work. Ashley works with the IMPACT program to manage depression and anxiety symptoms in collaboration with all primary care physicians. She also works with patients in the traditional behavioral health model.

Brenda is a Wyoming native, born in Casper. She lived in Salt Lake City for several years before returning to Casper. Brenda has been in the nursing profession since she was 19 years old. She started as an LPN, then completed her Associates and Bachelors degrees in nursing. In 2019, Brenda completed her Masters of Science in Nursing as a PMHNP. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014. Brenda has 3 children, twin boys and a younger brother. They are all teenagers and going off on their own. Brenda’s favorite place to be is outside. She actually likes the wind, Wyoming weather, and driving in the snow.

Sarah received her Masters in Nursing from Walden University in 2019. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, her background includes inpatient and outpatient work as well as experience with adolescents. Sarah has 3 children and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and boating in her free time. She also enjoys traveling.

Angela is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Master of Science in Counseling. Her past experience includes work with adolescents and adults experiencing mental health and substance abuse concerns. She is trained in EMDR to assist people with the trauma process. 

Angela has a passion for helping people learn and recover. In her free time, Angela can be found reading, hanging out with her cat, and singing showtunes.

Susanne is a Wyoming native with family roots stretching back to the early 1800s. She is an empathetic and attentive therapist with experience working with adults in both outpatient individual therapy and acute care settings. She is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Social Work. She continued her education by earning a Master of Social Work from the University of South Dakota. Susanne specializes in anxiety, depression and grief and uses a patient-centered solution focused approach to help patients make changes and progress in their journey to mental wellness.

When not pursuing her passion for mental health, Susanne can be found pursuing her other interests such as exploring new vegan recipes, playing cozy video games, or snuggling up with her pets as her husband plays guitar.

Dr. Radke completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the Goppert Family Care Center and Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Radke has an extensive professional background with roles including family physician, Medical Director, and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Radke also has experience working at the Veterans Administration.

Dr. Radke is a member of the Kansas City Southwest Clinical Society. His special clinical interests include: sports medicine, critical care management, in-patient hospital services, dermatology, and weight loss services.

Dr. Radke is originally from Kansas. He has made his home in Wyoming with his wife, Carolea. Together they have two kids – Karlea and Brett, and 3 dogs. Dr. Radke enjoys the peace and tranquility of mowing his lawn, snow removal, downhill skiing, ax-throwing, softball, bike-riding, hiking, and the semi-occasional round of golf.

Marilyn Long has over 25 years of nursing experience in a variety of settings.

Dr. Steven Baum received his Doctor of Medicine from Ohio State University. He studied exercise and sport science as an undergraduate at the University of Utah. Dr. Baum completed his residency training at Utah Valley Regional in Provo Utah. He is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician.

Dr. Baum is a native of the Pacific Northwest. Prior to attending college, he served an LDS mission in Arizona. He was a TACP in the United States Air Force with duty stations in Germany and Iraq. He has worked as a primary care physician as well as an urgent care physician. He also served as Medical Director to a Veterans facility in Yuma, Arizona.

Dr. Baum has a passion for physical fitness and believes that facilitating healthy lifestyles is the best kind of medicine. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, fly fishing, staying physically active, riding his motorcycle, fantasy football, and is a regular practitioner of Brazilian Jiujitsu.

Michelle is a Casper native who began with CHCCW in early 2019. Carpenter graduated from Natrona County High School and then went on to complete her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Wyoming. After graduating from UW with her PharmD in 2014, she began working in Community Pharmacy. Carpenter has spent 9 years, including 3 as an intern, becoming a licensed pharmacist.

Derek grew up in Cody, WY and graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2011 with a PharmD. He has been a licensed pharmacist for 9 years. He lives in Casper with his wife and 3 kids (all boys ages 7, 5 and 1). They spend as much time as possible outdoors camping, fishing, and hunting. Derek loves to cook and roast his own coffee. They are huge Wyoming Cowboys fans and consider themselves lucky to be able to raise their family in the cowboy state

Kaycee is originally from Helena, Montana, where she completed her undergraduate degree at Carroll College. In 2021, she graduated from the University of Wyoming with her PharmD. She went on to complete a PGY1 residency program in ambulatory care pharmacy at the University of Wyoming Family Practice Clinic in Casper, Wyoming.

Following completion of her residency program, Kaycee worked in Kalispell, Montana on a grant program designed to implement pharmacy services for chronic care management in rural and underserved populations. Kaycee is passionate about working with patients to set and meet their own health goals and to improve long-term health outcomes in various chronic disease states.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, experimenting with new recipes, practicing yoga, and consuming as much coffee as possible.
