Insurance Coverage

We accept most insurance plans at Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW). However, each plan is different. Ask your insurance provider if CHCCW is in-network or out-of-network. We may accept your insurance plan, but that does not mean your insurance plan will pay for all of your healthcare expenses.

If you do not have health insurance, our Certified Application Counselors can help you evaluate your options and assist with enrollment in any plan, including Medicare, Wyoming Medicaid, Kid Care CHIP, and plans offered through Healthcare.gov. There is no cost for this service.

Please note that we do not accept out-of-state Medicaid insurance plans at CHCCW

Sliding Fee Scale

Our healthcare centers offer a Sliding Fee Scale to eligible patients who are uninsured. The program can adjust the cost of care based on your income and family size and can be used to pay for many services at CHCCW.

If you do not meet the eligibility requirements for the Sliding Fee Scale, other payment options may exist. Please contact the CHCCW healthcare center where you receive care to discuss additional payment options.
