Insurance Acceptance
CHCCW accepts most insurance plans, and our providers are enrolled or “in-network” with most major insurance carriers. Because benefits vary, please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether CHCCW is in-network and what services your plan covers.
Important:
- CHCCW is unable to accept Medicaid outside of the state of Wyoming.
- Acceptance of your insurance does not guarantee coverage of all services.
No Insurance? No problem.
If you are uninsured, our Certified Application Counselors (CAC) can help you explore your coverage options at no cost. They can assist with enrollment in:
- Wyoming Medicaid
- Kid Care CHIP
- Private insurance enrollment through the marketplace at healthcare.gov
If you need help enrolling with Medicare you can contact State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) via Wyoming Seniors, 1-800-856-4398.
If you are unable to obtain coverage that works for you and your budget, our CACs can also help you apply for our Sliding Fee Discount Program, to speak with one of our CACs please call 307.233.6068.
Sliding Fee Discount Program
CHCCW offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program for eligible patients, with or without insurance. This program reduces the cost of care based on your family size and income in relation to the Federal Poverty Guidelines and is applied to all CHCCW services.
