Family Planning

Our providers and care managers work with patients to ensure they understand their options and can help with enrollment in assistance programs should it be appropriate. Our services include:

  • Conception counseling
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Annual women’s exam/Pap smear
  • Birth control education and counseling
  • Hormonal contraception (birth control pills, injections etc.)
  • Long acting reversible contraception (IUDs, nexplanon, depoprovero etc.)
  • Natural family planning
  • Contraceptive counseling
  • Infertility diagnosis
  • Permeant sterilization procedures

It is important to remember that while birth control can prevent most pregnancies, most birth control cannot prevent the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. Our providers and care managers are available to help you understand your risks and responsibilities.

Fight the Flu

Feed the Hungry

As summer ends, flu season begins. This season, CHCCW is fighting back against not only influenza but hunger as well. CHCCW is proud to partner with the Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies for their “Fight the Flu, Feed the Hungry” Campaign.

For every flu shot administered throughout the months of October, November, & December CHCCW will be donating four meals to those in need through the Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies.
