There are several needs addressed by the services offered. Vulnerable community members with chronic diseases such as diabetes and depression would not have readily available access to comprehensive care if it were not for the presence of CHCCW.

CHCCW is able to reduce the tax burden within the state by providing comprehensive health care services to individuals who would otherwise seek care in hospital emergency rooms.

Though CHCCW is not a cure-all within the community, it has improved access to care, is cost-effective, provides quality care, and reduces health disparities.
