Susan G. Komen Wyoming
The Community Health Center receives grant funding from the Susan G. Komen Wyoming Affiliate for our Screening and Diagnostic Mammogram Program. Through this program we provide breast health literature to our patients, increase patient education about breast cancer and self breast exams, and assist hundreds of women and men with referrals to free diagnostic mammograms and ultrasounds. The Community Health Center is grateful to be a recipient of Komen grant funds that truly benefit our patients on an annual basis.
