CHCCW seeks a full time board certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine M.D. for 70% administrative/30% clinical. Responsibilities include oversight of dental, pharmacy, lab, and radiology departments as well as supervision of medical provider staff.   Medical Director will manage peer review and CQI activities, and collaborate with the CEO to assure effective delivery of medical services at the clinic.  Clinical duties are negotiable and may involve inpatient, outpatient and  OB.  Leadership by example is expected.  At least three (3) years of practice experience is required.

Supervises and coordinates all financial activities.  This position is responsible for managing all CHCCW funds and accounts, preparing and submitting required reports to the Board, federal and state agencies and other entities as may be required.

Minimum qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in accounting or equivalent from a four‑year college or technical school, minimum of four years relevant experience in a health care environment.  Strong preference for Degree as a Certified Public Accountant as working knowledge of requirements of community health centers and Federal Qualified Health Centers. Experience may partially substitute for educational requirements. Must have a proven work history with hands‑on, full‑charge accounting responsibility, demonstrated computer literacy and supervisory experience.
