Director of Human Resources- Full Time – Excellent Benefits Responsible for development and implementation of all Human Resource services and employee benefit management for the organization. Work closely with the CEO and serve as liaison to the Personnel Committee of the Board of Directors. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in a medical setting is required. Preferred qualifications: Specific training in Human Resources/Wage and Hour Administration/Law excellent computer and communications skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
