Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), meaning all malpractice claims are subject to federal procedural law. CHCCW receives Health and Human Services (HHS) funding and is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
