It is the mission of CHCCW to maintain a high quality patient care delivery system that provides 100% access to comprehensive health care services for all residents of Casper and Natrona County and throughout Wyoming.  It is also the desire of CHCCW to support the education and training of multiple disciplines of health care professionals.

It is the vision of CHCCW that no person, whether resident or visitor to Wyoming, shall be denied access to necessary health care services.  CHCCW will strive to provide the most comprehensive service delivery capability possible and only limit such services according to fiscal constraints or physical location.

The goals of CHCCW include:

•  Strive to provide all the support necessary for the conduct of a successful, high quality family practice residency program in Casper.
• Provide comprehensive health care services to all ages of persons without regard to race, sexual preference, religious persuasion or other ethnic consideration.
• Address specific health care needs of the community that otherwise are not being met
• Help insure that all people have full and unrestricted access to medical care including dental and mental health services.
• Provide all reasonable support for the training and education of health care professionals in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and other allied health professions.
• Play an integral role in the overall health care delivery system of the community and the at-large state of Wyoming.
• Support continuing education and training of health care professionals currently delivering services throughout the state.
• Initiate and participate in collaborative efforts to improve the health care status of Wyoming residents.
• Expand health care education and prevention programs to impact our patient population and community at large, on healthier lifestyles and personal health management  tools
• Strive to recruit the highest quality health care professionals possible
